Metrics data (~5 GB of WNBA + NCAAW Play-by-Play JSON) is too large for the Git repo. You'll download it from the cloud, extract it into the expected folder, and that's it.

1. Download the bundle from Proton Drive: Download ZIP (~5 GB)
2. Extract and copy all .json files into the folder: fastapi/cache_data/ (= replaces the empty folder that's already there)
3. Click "I copied the files" below to verify.
